ILR Success @Belfast May 31st..

Post by sukesh » Fri Jun 01, 2012 10:10 am

Hi guys I was following this site from a month or so and is very useful in preparing the documents for my ILR.

Just want to share my experience so it might useful for others

ILR applied for myself and wife

.Had appointment at 11:40 reached PEO 10:50 as we stay 10 min away from the PEO Belfast.

.Had security check and waited for 10 min ( PEO is very quiet and there is only one other applicant excluding me).

.A security guy called us in to one of the counters and asked to submit all the documents which I have. So have submitted all my originals and also the photocopies.

.After 20 min or so i think its case worker said the documents are all ok and asked us to pay the fees and told to wait to take biometrics.
This is the only time I had conversation with case worker.

.After 30 min waiting they have taken the biometrics of both and then after another 20 min they have given us ILR approval letter and original documents.

.Overall belfast PEO is very quiet and the staff is friendly and all of the processing takes place in the same floor without any confusion.

Processing Time :1hr40 min

Criteria: HSMP+ Tier 1
Wife completed two years being my spouse in the UK

Documents:

1. Set 0 Form
2.12 months bank statements
3. 12 months Pay slips
4. 5 years P 60
5. Life in UK test
6. Marriage certificate
7. Covering letter
8. Photographs (but for some reason they have returned them back to us)

Co-hab documents for last 2 years

1.Electricity Bills
2. TV licence
3. Wife's Bank documents
4. Rental Agreements
Have also submitted some other co-hab documents.
But the case worker had take only 2 electricity bills and 1 TV license.

Once again thanks to the forum and valuable posts.
