Thanks a million for the brilliant advice. My advise will be to be prepared with all the documents but only handover the one that are requested. Don't be oversmart by handing over what is not requested as they will add that to your case and can cause more reasons for them to ask you more questions.
I made two files. One for the originals and the other for photocopies. Both files were replica of each other other than that one had originals and other had photocopies. I would say photocopy everything as they asked me to hand over the photocopies of my pay slips and bank statements, life in the uk tests, cohab proofs, passports front, last all visa pages. The officer was happy and from what i could see was it saves thier time and they can dedicate that time to process your application. You in a way are doing good to yourself by going prepared.insideoutsider wrote:Hello and congrats on your ILR.
I have an appointment in Solihull next week with my kids.
One question - did you have to make and submit photocopies of all your documents? If so, what documents did you have to make photocopies of?
I'd be so grateful for your reply.
Thank you.

...from what i could understand was that absences are taken really serious as she was getting trained on how to deal with candidates with more than 180 absences. I could hear that in cases like mine there is no issue and you can believe the application form and passport stamps.
