application return as invalid but still have valid leave

HO send back my app as invalid because of fee problem.. Can i make a premium application since my visa is still valid?

i applied for set m and my spouse visa is finishing 19 july 2012.

If you can get a premium appointment before your leave expires then yes. If not apply by post again ensuring the application is valid this time.
