OCI joint affidavit for minor children

Hi everyone,

For the OCI family application a joint affidavit is required to confirm that our minor children have never held an Indian passport.

Our solicitor has however typed two separate affidavits. One affidavit from myself confirming that neither I nor our children have held an Indian passport, and one separate affidavit from my wife confirming that our children have never held an Indian passport.

Are two separate affidavits likely to cause problems???
