Fiance Visa - Hearing has happened

Im not sure if anyone can help me on this case or gone through a similar matter.

Basically my fiance visa application was refused by the ECO at the British High Commision. I appealed against her decision and the tribunal happened on the 21st september 2006.

How long does it take to get a response now? Also what happens if the hearing is succesful? Do i just send my passport to the embassy again?
