FLR M need help

Hi all.

I have been granted ILR on 31 may 2012 and waiting for my Biometrics card. My wife visa has visa appointment on 13th July at PEO for her FLR(M) since its been only 1 year she is in UK. Due to Queen Daimond jubilee long week end, i may or not recieve my BRP card by then, will my ILR approval letter from home office is sufficient to support for my wife application. Also iam submitting my 12months pay slips, 12 months bank statements, employment letter, utility bills, and my wifes 12 months bank statements, councul tax, NHS registration and electoral registration letter. And should i show any specific balance in my account for this application, your responses are much appreciated..
