BRP Error - Applying Online

Hi , I'm applying online for tier 2 general but while I check the BRP section it throws error saying my brp number is not in correct format. I checked so many time whatever number appears on the card the same thig i'm typing there . It has accepted my kids BRP numbers but mine spouse BRP number is not accepted while checking the online form.

The difference what i see for my kids BRP numbers is that our has third letter as X but theirs third letter is numeric .

Please advise , if I see errors in online form while checking that section what i should do . Please help me

Alternative - don't apply online, but use a paper form instead.

Is it possible to print it from Online and make correction . The online forms are very straight forward and simple compare to the paper form.
