Tier 2 dependent visa refused - Urgent help needed

Post by Kapoord » Mon Jun 04, 2012 5:20 am

Hello,

I applied as a dependent of tier 2 applicant, however my visa was refused as the marriage certificate was in Hindi and not in English or Wales.

Please advise if I should appeal or reapply.

I am getting a new certificate from court in English. Is this enough or do I have to get it certified by a professional translator.

Please help.

Many Thanks!

Either.

Make a new application, IMHO.

Thanks for your advise. If I reapply then should I submit marriage certificate in English from court or should I get the Hindi one translated by a professional translator.
