Getting ready for Naturalisation

Post by zubair_hr » Mon Jun 04, 2012 3:20 pm

Hi guys,

Need your advice please on few things regarding my application for naturalization.

1. I came in the UK in Feb 2007 on a spouse visa and received ILR in March 2009. Due to some complications got divorced in Dec 2010. Now I want to apply for BC. Do I qualify for it now? or do I need to wait till next year?

2. I have 3 points on my driving licence with a £60 fixed penalty, Do I need to mention that in the application form AN or it does not count as an offence?

3. I am working with a bank since 2008, can I get my manager to sign as a referee on the application?

I would really appreciate your support.

1. If you meet the standard requirements, you may apply anytime you wish.
2. No harm in disclosing it. Won't have any effect in the outcome of the application.
