Employer Letter - Is mentioning SOC mandatory

Post by PrajwalS » Mon Jun 04, 2012 11:19 pm

Am planning to apply ILR for Tier (2) ICT. I am completing five years. My pay is significantly above SOC.

My question:

- If the employer letter, is it sufficient if the Employer mentiones my data of arrival in UK, Salary, Designation and confirmining that I am needed for the role in the nearseeable future

or

- is is mandatory to say my salary is above the SOC.

Can anyone please confirm.
