You can use the Tier 1 General Point calculator if you want to assess eligibility for ILR SET(O). But ignore the English language & Maintenance (funds) in it, as you do not get points (i.e. 10+10) for these when applying for ILR.

The employer stamp & signature are used as means to prove that they are authentic. A seperate employer letter is not required if all online payslip printouts have been signed and stamped by the employer.

My Details
EC- 31 July 2007
Tier1 - 29 July 2009

I used the above link to calculate my points for ILR but when i enter the date of my TIER 1(ext) application (29 July 2009) i do not score points for my Bachelors degree. Is there something that I am missing here?

I had scored points for my Bachelor's degress at the time to TIER 1 ext.

Points-based calculator - help

Enter the date you first successfully applied under Tier 1 of the points-based system.

If you are applying under Tier 1 (General) of the points-based system this must be on or after 29 February 2008. If you first successfully applied under the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP), Self Employed Lawyers concession or the Writers, Composers and Artists category and you are applying under Tier 1 (General) enter 29 February 2008.

If you are applying under Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) or Tier 1 (Investor) this must be on or after 30 June 2008.

that mean those who initially entered on HSMP has to enter 29 Feb 2008, why did they make this confusing?? wont't it be easy to just add a check box for one who entered on HSMP first...
