SET(O) Application form

Post by kumarkumar » Tue Jun 05, 2012 8:25 pm

Hi everyone. Can anyone help me, please.

Is it UKBA policy that we have to send SET(O) application form separately as both me and my wife are eligible for ILR in our own right.
We will complete ten years in next months. I entered UK in 2002 as student dependent with my wife.

Thanks for reading; shall be grateful if you advice.

If you are both applying under the 10 years long residence category then yes you both need to complete a separate application and pay the required fee.
