How to get my wife name endorsed in my passport?

Hi,

I am an NRI working in the UK, and my wife is in India at the moment. Now I want to get my wife name added in my passport, so can some one tell me what is the procedure for adding my wife name in my passport while I am in the UK?

What are the supporting documents I need to provide for getting this done?

All you need is the marriage certificate.
