Documents require for FLR(M) (Applying inside UK)

Post by immiguy » Wed Jun 06, 2012 11:38 am

Hi,

I have got PR in March 2012. My wife, she holds a Tier 1 (General) visa on her own, and it's going to expire in July. Now we have decided, she'll become dependant on me. I was browsing through documents required section but would like to clarify certain things... also can you please suggest if require any more docs?

You must send:
1. evidence of your age and your partner's age ( Can passport and Uk provisional Driving licence for dependant do or require birth certificate?)

2. evidence that you have met (In which case I should be supplying this doc)?? what sort of proof they are after? (is it for Civil partners)

3. evidence that you can can maintain yourselves and any dependants adequately without needing public funds - see the Maintenance (funds)
(Any particular amount)

4. evidence of your accomodation (bank Statment(both), p60 (her), Water bills(mine), utility bill (mine).

Any sucessful applicants can share their story?

Thanks for your help.

Can anyone please be curtious to reply on above?

Also regarding new rule of 2 years probationary period changing from 5 years would it affect applicant who has applied before 9th July under spouse visa?

Thanks,

1. Reading the FLR(M) form and guide will help.
