Tier 2 Sponsorship License - Pre license Visit

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can answer the following questions:

1- Does UKBA commence a compliance/inspection visit for all applications made for tier 2 sponsorship license?

2- Could that visit be an unannounced or do they usually give a notice for the visits that they conduct prior to issuing a license.
