tier 1 psw dependent visa (NEED HELP)

hi I got my psw visa on march 2012 after getting my visa I came to india and I got married on april 25 th now i want to sponsor my husband.
i am having following documents:

covering letter
invitation letter from my side
maintenance of funds covering letter and bank statements and passbook
tenancy agreement
letter from my landlord stating that he is ok with the visitor
my visa and passport (scan copies)
applicants original passport
marriage registration certificate
photos
wedding card

is this documents are sufficient or do i need more????

my problem is i am not employed is it mandatory to provide employment offer and payslips


can some one help me please.............
