PSW Processing

Hi

I need some guidance or information regarding PSW visa processing, I applied for PSW on MARCH with postal order and i got acknowledgement for the same in 2 weeks and got my Biometric letter on April 11 and did my biometric on the same day in the post office and so far i have no information about process and website UKBA says application applied on march 12 is processing, and now im worried since it says generally it takes 4-5 weeks for processing and its already 2 months. I need to go germany for industrial experience part of my course. can anyone help me how to contact Home office to know the status the phone gives only 2 options and it doesn't help general people( option for entrepreneur and business people)

IS this normal do anyone applied and gave biometrics on April got thier passport back ?
is there is some way to know the Process time or can someone help me to know roughly how long it will take...
