UK Tier 1 Dependent Visa

Can anyone please help me for few questions in the form for Tier 1 Dependent Visa on website " http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk/"

1.Have you lived with your husband in a relationship including marriage or civil partnership?
For this they require proof ? what proof should be submitted since I have lived with him after marriage for 15 days after marriage.I do not have any documented proof for that.
So what should I give or write their.

2.I hold a degree that was taught in English.
Proof :Copy of degree certificate .But since that degree certificate does not specify medium of instruction I have got a certificate from college for same on their letterhead addressed as "whomsoever it may concern" .But now what should i call this certificate ? (there is no name of certificate as medium or language or degree or provisional)?will this certificate suffice or should i get something else.Please guide me for this.

At present I have updated as "Copy of Degree Certificate and College issued medium of instruction certificate"

2. English ability is not tested for this category of visa.
