Adil2009 Case worker asked me cohab documents spanning over last 24 months which includes both our names. I gave him bills, electrol card and bank statements and he was happy with the documents I supplied.adil2009 wrote:congratulation,

Please help me out . thanks
Sman Thank you. I didn't submit any P60. Case worker didn't ask about it.Smam wrote:Hi
Lots and lots of heartiest congratulations on getting your ILR and thanks a lot for sharing your PEO experience on the forum.
How many years of P60's have you submitted and have you submitted HMRC employement history I Mean did the CW asked about these docs from you.
Thanks and waiting for your reply.
adil2009 This is absoutely correct, cohab for last 24 months is not a mandatory requirement for work permit holders. I have read few posts where dependent just joined the work permit holder and their ILR was approved.adil2009 wrote:Thanks dear This 24months , wat i know from senior is not requirement for WP holder, this one only for point base system applicant. But still we need to show some kind of cohab documents proof. Am i right ?
Hope to hear from you soon.
adil2009 I am not sure which one to take LIUK or ESOL. But trust me LIUK is so easy, if your wife can read english without knowing the meaning she can pass LIUK. My wife was the same, she could read it and failed the test in her first 2 attempts and finally in her third attempt she passed LIUK.adil2009 wrote:You are Star ,one more query ,my wife can give ESOL with
Citizenship test as her English level is below the required level ? my ILR due is in September. Hopefully in Croydon .
