hi guys , i am on work permit in uk from 2008 october , i want to change to tier 1 enterprenaur, my employer starting upset me as he have demanding nature .

1. i don't have any problem of funds.
2. my some funds are in oversease, can some body suggest its better to transfer in uk in my bank account.
3.As one of my sponser is already uk citizen, he agrees to show 1.15 to me, second 20,and rest is with me.
4.i also have my own property in uk, can you tell is that countable or make any positive in my application.

and the last

my work permit time is countable in tier 1.

1. can my work permit time is counted in flr, if i shift to tier 1.

2. regarding my funds , i have some of funds in overseas, can any body suggest me that it is better to shift in uk or not, if yes that make any impact on my application.

sorry i was done mistake in last question..

I AM ON WORK PERMIT FROM LAST 3YR AND 9 MONTHS IN UK, BECAUSE OF SOME TROUBLE WITH MY EMPLOYER, I AM INTERESTED TO TRANSFER MY VISA IN TIER 1 ENTERPRENEUR.

1.THE TIME WHICH I SPENT ON WORK PERMIT IS COUNTABLE FOR ILR IF TRANSFER MY VISA TO ENTERPRENEUR.

2.I HAVE SOME OF FUNDS IN OVERSEAS, IS IT MAKE ANY IMPACT ON APPLICATION IF TRANSFER MY FUNDS TO UK.

You can't aggregate previous leave with leave as Tier 1 (Ent). You should read the guidance (as previously suggested) to learn more about the various qualifying residence periods for this immigration category.

You don't have to move your money to the UK before the application.
