Reducing time limit, how will it effect

Post by rasellittle » Fri Jun 08, 2012 7:43 pm

Hi. My MBA result has published 5th may, i did not receive my transcript yet. My MBA was due to finish in August but i have finished one semester early. I have visa until December. I was planning for doing phd. But i came to know that if i finish my course early UKBA reduce stay to 60 days. It takes time for Phd application process. May be i can start in september. But that will be more than 60 days from MBA course completion. Any suggestion, Please.

Leave UK before 60 days or ASAP. You can apply for PhD from your home country. Immigration laws are so strict once you cross the limit it will make you helpless.

Leave is not automatically curtailed. They have to make a decision to curtail it. They are unlikely to do this before September.
