Hi

i am going to apply for BC through NCS on 19.6.12. I would like to find out when does the rule of being physically present in the UK 5 years back apply? would it apply for the 20.6.07? many thanks

Yes as you have to allow a few days for your application to reach the Home Office. The date is registered as when the application is received...not when it's submitted at the NCS.

Ok, I went for a holiday from 29.06.2007, would that be a problem then?

It shouldn't be, as the application is unlikely to take 10 days to reach the HO.
