Help needed.In a dilema

I came to the UK in 2005 on student visa.
I extended my visa two times.
I applied for post study work visa in April 2009 and it was refused in april 2010 for deception(False post graduate diploma).
I appeal to the First Tier tribunal and my appeal was on hold till June 2011.
I got rejected in First Tier Tribunal and Upper Tribunal rejected my appeal without a hearing(No error of law).
I have now applied to Court of Appeal.I have not heard anything since 4 months(Not even a acknowledgement letter).
Now..
In June 2011 i met my European Fiance and we decided to get married in November 2011(within 6 months).
I had my wedding date set for december 2011.
I was interviewed for 1 hour and my fiance was interviewed for the same time at the registar office.
My wedding ceremony was stopped by the Home Office immigration officer on suspect of Sham marriage.I was not arrested but my passport is retained by Home Office.
I was given a subsequent notice of removal immediately.
I challenged the Notice of removal in the First Tier Tribunal.
Home Office did not provide any evidence except for the mismatch notes of our interview.
All the mismatches are proven wrong and we expected the Home Office to come with better evidence.
There was no Home Office representative.
The Judge directed the Home Office to provide a representative and to provide the full council interview notes in a new hearing.
The second time around there was a representative and the Home Office Barrister withdrew the Notice of Removal(No fight given).
We were informed at the hearing that we would get new directions.
Subsequently i applied for discretionary leave to remain in UK in March 2012.
I got my Biometric in 1 week and now i am waiting.
Does anyone know processing times for the FLR?
I sent a pre action protocol to the Home Office for Judicial Review in March 2012 for not returning my passport back for getting married to my EU national Fiance.
Home Office did not reply in a month and i have now sent my documents to the High Court.
I had sent my Fiances passport to the Home Office when sending my application.
Now i requested my Fiances passport and have not heard since 1 month.
My questions are as follow.
What are the processing times for Discretionary leave to remain?
How long does it take for the High Court to seal documents confirming case?
How long does it take for acknowledgement in Court of Appeal?
How Long does it take for the Home Office to return my Fiances passport?
I need to the High Court documents to the Treasury Solicitors.
Does anyone know of any similar cases and results?
