Hi
Can any one help me out in my case i came here in 2001 as a visitor but didnt go back . i went back in my home country abou 5 times but i apply visa in back home while i was living here finally i got married with other national girl she was student that time i got supuse visa as student dpandant in my home country and came back here in 2007 my son born here and he is 5 years in some how we couldnt extand our visa and on 2010 we apply asylum and that have been refused i am still in singing and send my case in different time but it all have been refused my wife is from other country as mine and got son here aswell. My wife in this country for last 7 years and havent been any where since she been here but we dont know what to do if i apply human rights
