Tier4 Dependent to Tier2 Gen

Hi I am in Tier4 dependent visa and working for the company full time. They are ready to Sponsor me. It is possible to Sponsor me even i am working for them last 6 months. They started RLMT by posting ad in Job center plus.

I have question regarding the RLMT. Even I am working from last 6 month for the same company it is possible to Sponsor me and prove the RLMT ???
