ILR Eligibility

Hi

Can you please let me know when i can apply for ILR?

Work Permit Issue Date: 2 May 2008
Entered UK on 26 May 2008

Shifted to Tier 1 General Visa: 16 June 2009
Tier1 Visa Extension - 28 May 2012

I have been out of UK for a total of 4 weeks on holidays till now.

Can i apply for ILR on 2 May 2013?

Q16 specifically gives information on allowed absenses for ILR.

You can apply 28 days before your 5th anniversary from (date of entry) 26 May 2008. I.e. 26 May 2013 - 28days, so long as you have met all other ILR requirements.
