UK citizen's family

Post by Adis » Sun Jun 10, 2012 10:07 pm

Hi,

I'm a student in the UK on Tier 4 visa (over 18 ),
My sister who is a UK citizen is physically disable and recently had a baby,
she needs a lot of help has her mother in law is working full time and she has no other family member in the UK,she finds the situation extremely hard physically and mentally.

I was wondering if there was a way for me to stay in the UK to help my sister,
and also if there is any way that this could lead to a permanent settlement?

Awaiting your reply,
Thank you.
Adi

You have no chance of being granted leave to remain to look after your sister.
