ILR - Weekly Wages + Monthly Dividends

Post by eml129 » Sun Jun 10, 2012 10:34 pm

Hi,

I intend to apply for ILR this November (WP - 2 yrs + Tier 1 General).

Is it an issue that I take weekly wages and monthly dividends?

Can my limited company pay for the application fees for myself and dependants (wife and three kids) - I remember that when I was a staff my company paid for these application fees for my work permit.

Thanks for your anticipated responces and advise.

1. No.
2. I believe that is possible.
