HSMP JR Extension after long absence

Post by HSMP1+3+1 » Mon Jun 11, 2012 1:43 pm

Dear All,

My friend arrived few days ago and asked what are the option for him now?

- First entry end July 2006
- Left Country in end Feb 2008 (his case was in appeal process before JR decision was announced).
- After JR decision, his appeal approved and he got 3 year extenion from Saudi in in July 2009 where he was working on that time.
- He arrived now again last week in UK.
- His last extension, he got from Saudi is expiring on 29th Nov 2012.

He understand he cannot go for ILR due to long absece and his clock has reset from June 2012.

Could anyone advise what he needs to do to get his extension as he does not need to show points and he is under JR. He has now left with only about 6 months visa. He may get a job soon too.

Does he needs to go through lawyer or what are his chances on getting extension and what he needs to support for his application.

Your guidence shall help him to prepare himself accordingly.

Thanks
HSMP
