Finally, looks I am getting ready to send in my application within this week. Giving final touches to my application pack :D :D

Here's what I am claiming (75 points) and what I am including as evidences:-

1. Educational Background
Points being claimed = 25
Evidence = MBA degree certificate from UK University (so no NARIC letter attached).

2. Work Experience
Points being claimed = 25
Evidence as below =
Current Employment
Company A = Duration of employment 18 months
1. Letter of reference on company letter headed paper and signed by autorized HR manager clearly showing job titles (2), dates each position held, and highlighting that details of roles and respobsilities are attached as enclosures. Detailed description of roles and responsibilities are also printed on company letter headed paper (one job per sheet, so 2 sheets), duly initialed and stamped, and attached as enclosure(s) to the main letter.

Previous Employments
Company B = Duration of employment 37 months.
1. Letter of reference dated 30-Sep-06 on company letter headed paper and signed by autorized HR manager clearly showing job title (1), duration of employment, and highlighting that details of role and respobsilities are attached as enclosure. Detailed description of role and responsibilities is also printed on company letter headed paper, initialed and stamped, and attached as enclosure to the main letter.
2. Appointment letter.
3. Relieving letter (that was issued to me on acceptance of resignation).
Question: I have old payslips but they are on plain paper, not signed or stamped. Does it make sense that I include one each from the 3 years that I stayed with this company, even if the payslips aren't signed / stamped ??

Company C = Duration of employment 55 months.
Please note: Company closed down in 2001-2002.
1. Letter of reference dated 1999 issued on company's letter headed paper clearly highlighting job titles (4), dates of each position (only month and year), and key responsibilities.
2. Letter of reference dated June 2006 from one of my ex-managers on the letter headed paper of the company he is working with currently. This letter has the same content except that exact dates (date, month, year) of time at each job is mentioned.
3. Letter of reference dated Sep 2006 (same content as letter above) from another (second) ex-manager on the letter headed paper of the company he is working with currently.
4. Experience letter dated 1999 certifying total duration of employment in the company on the compnay's original letter headed paper.
5. Income Tax Return for year 1998-1999 along with xerox copy of Form 16. This year (1998-1999) covers the last of the 5 years that I worked with this company. I am unable to provide payslips or additional IT returns of previous years as I have lost them.

Though I am certain I can claim 35 points in this category, I am claiming only 25 (5 years of graduate level experience).

3. Past Earnings
Points being claimed = 25
Evidences as below =
1. Employer letter certifying salary earned in the past 12 months (October 2005 to September 2006). This letter gives month-wise details of gross payments, deductions (tax and PF), and net payments. The letter is on company letter headed paper.
2. Wage-slips of the last 12 months (October 2005 - September 2006) on A4 sheets having company logo, duly signed and stamped by authorized HR person. The person's name and designation are printed on the A4 sheet.
3. Original bank statements covering the 12 month period showing "net salary" credits. The entries have been highlighted.

I will be in a position to claim 35 points if I wait for the October salary, but I am not waiting till November to submit the application, and claiming only 25 points now.

4. Proficiency in English
Evidence = Original IELTS test report, which I passed in 2001.

5. Ability to work in chosen field
Evidences as below =
1. MBA from UK (degree already attached).
2. Letter from NARIC certifying that my bachelor degree in engineering is comparable to British bachelor (honors) degree.
I am not attaching my original bachelor degree in the application as I am not claiming any points for it. This is a non scoring section and I don't think I need to attach my bachelor degree in this section.Question: Is my thinking right ??
5. A couple of job adverts from UK websites.

6. Arrangements made to seek work in UK
Evidence = Printouts of the wbpages showing that I have registered myself with recruitment consultants and some UK jobsites. I am attaching 3 printouts i.e.- registration with 3 agencies. Question: Are 3 printouts good enough??

7. How much do I expect to earn in UK
Evidence = 7 printouts from 2 job sites showing range of salary for similar jobs / jobs with similar skillset.

Am I missing anything ?? Feedback appreciated and more than welcome. I plan to courier the application on 10/11-Oct., so please give feedback before it's too late for me  .

Thanks in advance.

--> I'll use the same format as the current employment letter. I didn't include old payslips, since HMO is more interested in payslips for your CURRENT employer.

--> If you have #2, I don't think #3 is required. I didn't have #2, so I use #3.

Everything else looks good.
