Dependent Query(Please Help)

Please help with my query
I am planning to take ACCA course from BPP University.I have currently finished level 6 course and i am in UK but would like to bring my wife here.

My question is would i be able to bring my wife under ACCA course from BPP ?

only if the course will be at NQF level 7 + or you are government sponsored.

Thanks for your reply,

I know the fact that you have just mentioned above,my query was related to ACCA which does meet the criteria of Level 7 and BPP which does meet the criteria of Higher Educuational institute.I wanted to know if ACCA does meet the criteria of Post graduate course to bring the dependent in ? some argu it is professional course.
Please advise

Requirement is that the course is level 7 or above whether the course is a professional course or academic is not relevant. However it would depend on what papers you will be taking as to whether it will be at level 7 or level 6. If you are just taking the fundamental papers then i understand this is only level 6.

yes it is i have taken ACCA 9 papers so duration is alomost 1.5year
