How early can we book for a PEO appointment

My girlfriend's 2 year probationary period is up towards the end of September and we'd like to go for the same-day service as we did last time (her job requires her to travel so having a passport back quickly helps). We did this for the FLR(M) visa but I can't remember how early we began looking for the appointment. Are the dates released 6 weeks in advance or is it earlier than that?
