Hi,
I entered UK on 27th July 2007 via WP which was subsequently changed to Tier 1 and followed with an extension which is valid till Feb 2013.

As I complete 5 years on 27th July 2012 I am looking to apply for ILR via in person appointment. My query is whether my appointment can be 28 days before this date or has to be on or after this date. ( I understand that one can apply up to 28 days before completion of qualifying period, however is it valid even if my leave to remain does not expire at the completion of the qualifying period?)
