Hi,

Can i apply for ILR, if i am out of this country for 9months due to medical reasons. and i am freuently travel for business visits and was a way for 4 months where i earned in UK.

can i apply for ILR, if so what all is required? can someone help me please.

but the FAQ's does not say about my problem. as i mentioned that am out of the country for 9 months for 2 reasons.

1) Due to health reasons i could not travel as issued by the medical centre in hyderabad india.
2) my passport has been delayed.

can someone clarify on this please.
