Dependent visa

Hello,

I am going to apply for dependent visa. My husband has got his PSW Tier 1 visa and now he is in UK. He should send me the copy of his passport and his visa. Should he notarize the copies of his documents. I am applying from Ukraine. I heard that some countries should do it but I cannot find the information what exactly countries should do it.

Thank you.

Will be happy to hear any pieces of advice.
