Dependant VISA expiry outside UK

Post by abhi_011 » Tue Jun 12, 2012 11:17 am

Hi All,

My wife's dependant VISA is going to expire in July while she is back in home country, and in the mean time we are expecting a baby as well. I have recently got my extension approval & BRP here in UK.

My question here is: Is there going to be any complications in her VISA renewal and new born's application as she was in UK earlier but left the country because of medical reasons.

I have to wait for certain period because of insufficient maintenance of funds and can not apply for both's VISA before her VISA expires.

Thanks in anticipation.

Cheers,
Abhimanyu
