Third party Sponsor on State Pension Credit (Benefit)

Post by Fais123 » Tue Jun 12, 2012 11:24 am

Hi, I'm new to these forums. I am a British Citizen. I applied for my wife's spouse visa two months ago. I have £15,000 of savings and I work part time working a minimum of 20 hours a week (£6.70 per hour). My marital home in the UK will be my parents home, where my father maintains all the outgoings. My father who is acting as a third party sponsor for my wife is currently receiving State Pension Credit. Will this is anyway effect our application?

I think yous will be ok with that. If you could get her a job offer letter that would help.
