How about others? Did guys did biometric around 4/May get your visa approved?

My case was viewed last week by UKBA, since I got a letter from them asking for additional document, and I sent it the following day (they should receive it on last Friday). But after that hasn't heard anything from them.

How long do your guys think it still needs?

Only two individuals can answer this question - either the caseworker assigned to your application or a clairvoyant.

Search the forum and you'll become aware that many who did biometrics in April are yet to receive a decision.
In other words, every application is assessed on its own merits and whether some else has received a decision or not cannot be taken as an indication of how long it may take a caseworker to decide on your application.

Thanks for the reply. I know I can do nothing apart from waiting. Just want to hear from others to find somebody having the same situation as me. And we can inform each other once getting the visa approved really.

Be patient. Don't expect to hear anything before 6-8 weeks of giving biometrics. From then on until 14 weeks, almost everyone receives a decision .... unless there is something really wrong. Then is the time for such posts and queries.

Thanks. It is really a soul-destrying processing. Why there isn't a online tracking system enabling us to know which step the visa application is in. ....
