Hi Net5
are you going through Upper tribunal now, give a recap of events whats been happening your end. I went to First Tier end of last month. HO didn't turn up but we asked for adjournment as they didn't consider my childrens intrest. Got another day after 3weeks so will be going bak to court next week. a friend of mine waited for about 6 to 8weeks for Upper so probably it varies according to back log how did your first tier go then.

Hi net5
On what grounds did HO appeal ??, thats abit of awhile but don't give up yet it will come soon, do you think the Mp or Ombudsman can help find out from court.Just thinking but it could be worth a try to ask in our situation you seek for help all round. Not so sure what to expect next week but i have tried to prepare. Any tips to take with me.
Thanks

i can only advise you to read your witness statement before going in because most of the questions they would ask you would be mostly about it. Just be honest and don't get too scared. If the HOPO is pushing you too much the judge would step in. My mp has just written to them to chase them again

Hey Nets5
Just rang AIT Taylor house to confirm my date next week as i haven't got Directions for the date. They told me my case was determined and the Judge's determination was in the post. Can't figure out whats happening but is that a normal situation. We didn't have a hearing as case was adjourned and directed by the Judge back to the HO to consider the intrest of my children. Can someone please clarify whats probably going on.
Thanks
