Hey guys I need some advice.
I'm a natural U.K born Citizen married to a non E.U citizen (Ghana), we had a civil partnership this year (March) and he has completed a ESOL English Test.
He is currently overstayed, his visitor visa expired last year October, after it was renewed 3/4 times for 6 months each he has been in the country since 2008.
We are applying for a Spousal Visa this year.
My question is if we haven't been living together for 2 years, and we've been married for 3/4 months what documents can we submit as proof of Cohabitation? And also will he need to go back to his Natural country to apply for a Spousal Visa?
Thanks for your help and your time
XOXO
