Would I be right in assuming, based on this document alone at this time, that I would be Ok (5yr WP with no break ILR due Nov, + 1 dep (5yr UK cohab) +2 UK kids), that I do not need to meet the income threshold at all?

Or I need to meet income threshold for 1 dep + 2 kids?

Or this does not apply to 2007 Nov WP/EC holders?
