hi ,

i am on old style work permit in shortage occupation list, which is going to expire in oct 2013, can any body guide me , if there is problem in ILR FOR work permit holders, shall i go for enterpreneur visa, as i heard that HO is not issuing ILR to work permit holders , confused as they mentioned on website that shortage occupation list will have exception from salary rise.
