Hi All,

Today,UKBA has announced Family Migration changes...

Can someone explain in simpler terms how the proposed changes will affect Tier 1 Dependent Visa application process ??

Kindly note, I will be applying Dependent Visa soon. Please advise

Unless you are a British citizen or a settled person, family migration route is not relevant to you and your dependants.
