ILR PEO appointment Croydon: Can I take my child with me

Hi,
We have a PEO ILR appointment in next few days. Can I take my 3yr old with me. Appointment is not booked for her. I appreciate your response.

Appointment was booked for me and my wife only. We took our 3yr old daughter with us and no one complained or asked about her.
