Husband ILR based on 10 years now wife applying URGENT

Dear All, i am looking for sum help for my application.

1. Husband received ilr this year based on 10 years.
2. I know i wud need to apply for FLR(M) then SET(M) immediately as i will complete 2 years in August 2012.
3. I am waiting for my English exam for the application.
4. The question which is troubling me that do we need to show any funds (requirement) for the application or not.

Please reply on urgent basis as i am preparing for my application.
