Home office officials visit

Hi

Just came to know by our recruitment team that home office people ll ve visiting tomorrow for inspection? Has anyone had any such experience??

When asking a query, make sure that you provide adequate information for others to understand the question and the background.

What inspection are you referring to - to inspect if your employer employs illegal migrants or whether this inspection is in regard to a sponsor licence application or ... something else?

Hi sush

I am currently on tier 2 with nhs just had a phone call and was asked to bring my documents passports and brp as part of the inspection I am not sure if it's for sponsorship license renewal or just a usual check for compliance?

Sponsor licence renewals are not yet due, this is likely to be just a routine pre-announced inspection visit by UKBA. Provided your documents are in order you have nothing to worry about. The principal purpose of such visits is to check that the sponsor complies with its sponsorship duties, most importantly that the records of the sponsored migrants are in order and up to date (e.g. copy passports, contact addresses, etc.)
