Resident labour test

Does employer need to conduct a resident labour test, i.e. advertising in Job centre plus for Tier-2 extension?Especially if the job passed the labour test first time when Tier-2 was issued.

Just got answer frm my employer and was advised that this is not necessary. Moderators may wish to delete this post as I couldn't figure how to do this myself.
