ILR Application after 5 years when to apply

Hi All,
Please help me in resolving my query.
My entry clearance was from India and was grated on 27/08/2007 and valid till 27/08/2008 under work permit. then I took the extension from UK under WP on 18 Aug 2008 valid till 30th Sep. 2010. But on 14th April 2009 I switched to Tier 1 General valid till 14th Apr. 2012. Now I have taken Tier 1 Extension valid till May 2014.
Please help me in understanding when can I apply for ILR, I want to apply asap.
Please help me in understanding when I complete 5 years.
I have no holidays longer than 21 days and no more than 6 months in total during these 5 years.
You reply would be highly appreciated.

I Landed to UK on 1st Sep. 2007.
