Asalamu Alaikum brothers and sisters!

I have few questions in my mind if someone is there to clarify please,

I am a Afghan national and I was in the UK for 5 years but due to the refusal of my asylum applications I was deported from the UK,

1) Will this deportation would have negative impact on my spouse application which I have recently applied?

Do you know the priority fee, can you pay it online in the application form with the other fees or is it paid in Pakistan when the applicant gives the passport at the biometrics appointment?

Urgent Help Required....

My wifes TB TEST is due to expire on 29 October 2015. The TB TEST was done on 29/04/2015. The problem is that UKVI have still not made a decision on the application. My wife applied on 16/07/2015 and had her Biometrics done on 28/07/2015. I don't understand what the rules are regarding this. Will they reject the application on the basis that the TB TEST has expired? Can someone please help me on this matter.
Online Application: 16/07/2015
Biometrics: 28/07/2015
Delayed Email Received: 13/09/2015
Escalated: 01/10/2015
Escalted: 23/11/2015
VISA GRANTED: 23/12/2015!!!!

I would like to ask a question that has been on my mind for a long time
I started work in may 2014 ( tax year ending starting April 2014)
I applied in june 2015
I received a P60 for the full year and it missed April 2014
but I had a cover letter explaining my start date in may 2014
I was wondering wil that be a major problem
I am sure they will check of all the tax paid may 2014-to may 2015
I sent in 6 months wage slips, 6 months bank statements stamped from the bank
If any one can help in this situation thankyou

Does anyone know if a medical certificate is required when travelling to the UK after visa has been granted?

I'm sure read from previous posts it's not, but my wife is adamant that they will ask at Islamabad airport, and if you don't have the original certificate they ask you take a medical there and charge you a ridiculous amount.

When I received my docs back from Sheffield the medical was not returned so I have escalated this as a missing document.

My understanding is its got nothing to do with Islamabad airport staff, medical is purely for getting a visa to enter the uk. If anything, airport staff in uk may ask for it.

Could anyone clarify this please?

Dear brothers and sisters,
The TB test isn't required on airport now a days for some obvious reasons. i have been told by successful applications that no one asked for it.
Dont worry and chill.

Aadi.

Hi,

Last time visa was refused because the supplementary rental income was not being paid directly into the bank account for 12 months.

Making fresh application with 15k wages and rest from rental income. We are submitting the following documents and I have 2 questions please:

1. Is a declaration from the sponsor necessary or is just a letter from the sponsor sufficient?
2. From the documents we are enclosing, is there any documents we have missed out?

Many Thanks

Documents Included in this Bundle

1. Sponsor’s Declaration
2. Letter from Sponsor to Entry Clearance Officer
3. Copy of Sponsor’s Passport
4. Sponsor’s Wage Slips
5. Sponsor’s Letter from Employer
6. Sponsor’s Bank statements
7. Certificate of Marriage
8. Photographs of Wedding
9. Screenshots of Communication between sponsor and applicant
10. Receipts for sponsor sending money to applicant
11. Completed Appendix 2 VAF4A Financial Requirement Form
12. Details of Joint Bank Account in Pakistan
13. Copy of Register of title of sponsor’s house,
14. Tenancy Agreement
15. Property Report for parents’ house
16. Copy of Register of title of parents’ house
17. Letter from sponsor’s father giving permission for the applicant to live at the family home

My wife's TB is valid till December, she did it in June, but just I didn't receive it back with the rest of my documents.

No idea I'm afraid, just be patient and they should request it. Have you escalated to get status update?

Does the letter of employment also have to be less than 28 days old when submitting or can it be a couple of months old?
