I got the same email nd the decision part was not mentioned nd I am granted the visa today. So nothing to worry about just have faith in Allah, you ll Insha'Allah hear the good news cery soon.

@ Malik 88
I got processed email on 26th Oct and call from gerrys on 11th of Nov.

What I have noticed on this forum is you usually get a call exactly one day after your third month. I know the whole time is so stressful but just have faith in Allah.

The date they consider the 12 week period is from the biometric date...when was your wifes biometric?

Bio done on 27th october but decision on my application is been made on 2nd ovember, just waiting for Gerry's to send me an email for passport collection.

@speed0192 - Oh okay. I read of facebook it can take up to 10 days after you contact them and they send you 'application has been processed and it should be with you in the next few days.' email.

So inshAllah soon you will hear.

hi naveed777 any news on the application
No, still waiting...
It will be 6 months now and still no news
did you ask for an update?
in shaa ALLAH it will be good news
Well yes I have been asking almost every week now but the response is automated , which is useless.

How about you?

What I have noticed is each time you contact them (email/ phone) they give you a case ID but this ID changes when you contact them say after 3-4 weeks. With the same contact ID , no matter how many emails and escalations you send them, the response will be automated and within few minutes. The only way to know the real update is to call them ( costs £1.37 per min from uk) and escalate via phone. This way they do get back to you with what's happening with your application ....
Hi naveed777
nothing on my side either
i really dont understand what and why its happening
applications much after us are getting decisions
i pray they havnt mislaid our files
they esclated my case on the 27 october
when i contacted them yesterday, again ECO has not yet seen
your file and no decsion has been made
its really stressing me out,
one email will say it has been esclated
the next will say its not seen, or they cannot locate
the file reason maybe it was submitted late
or the gwf is incorect
when are your 6 months up, its 5 working
working days its 120 days
When the time is right ( ALLAH SWT knows) we
will hear good news IN SHAA ALLAH
Slaam naveed777 any luck ?
it will be 5 months for me on the 17 november
in shaa ALLAH have faith in ALLAH it will be good
news

Salaam All,
Hope you're all well. I just wanted to say I hope all of your spouses get their visa and you're all reunited soon, my duas are with you all. I posted a few days ago that I have some duas if anybody wants them. I can still send them email is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx if you would like them let me know/email me. Also the following text was received 'The Visa Application for GWF********* was forwarded to UKVI on 11/12/2015' I know the sentence is pretty basic but what does it actually mean?

Thank you in advance

Hello
It's wasim. My wife's appointment at VFS Lahore for spouse visa will be on 16 November. I am on ILR.
I told my wife to post all the documents to me tomorrow through DHL including TB certificate, marriage certificate and A1 certificate etc. Once I received her documents I will post it to Sheffield with my documents. Someone told me that on appointment day at VFS only passport n appointment confirmation letter are needed.
But now I read on appointment confirmation letter it says bring your passport and supporting DOCUMENTS at VFS office on appointment day. Now I am worrying if VFS office ask her for supporting documents then it will be big problem for her because she been posted them documents to me already.
I can see so many people have already apply there partners visa in recent times. So please tell me from your experience that what documents VFS office need on appointment day.
Thank you.

Hi when my husband went he only took his online app and passport, the supporting documents were not required. To save time he printed the application twice signed them both sent one to me and took one with him
